Efficiency Drives the Bottom Line
Efficiency means operating in the best possible manner, with the least waste of time, effort and other resources. In today's ever-changing but constantly restrictive economic environment, absolute efficiency is a must.
It only stands to reason, then, that an efficient operation depends heavily on the efficient use of technology. Likewise, that technology must be designed to enable the greatest possible degree of operating efficiency.
When it all works right, the results can be dramatic.
According to yearend data from the NCUA, Episys credit unions average a better efficiency ratio than users of any other major core system. This is no accident. It's merely reflective of our commitment to provide you with the best technology tools available.
However, along with efficiency comes complexity. Release after release, enhancement after enhancement, it's difficult to ensure you're always getting the most from your technology investment. That's why the Symitar Educational Conference & Technology Expo is so important. This venue allows you to enhance your knowledge, fine-tune your skills, and ensure that your entire IT operation is as efficient as possible.
To this end, we've added a new feature this year.
Roundtables
In addition to the educational sessions we provide, we know that one of the greatest benefits of SEC attendance is connecting with people who share similar interests, challenges, and products. To help make those connections more meaningful, we're adding Facilitated Networking Roundtables to the agenda. These roundtables are scheduled at different times during the conference. Topics include:
- Biodentify
- Business Services/Commercial Lending
- Creative Solutions
- Dealer Reserve Accounting
- EASE (available throughout the conference)
- GL: Questions and Answers
- Name & Address
- Opening Act
- PowerOn
- Regional User Groups (available throughout the conference)
- Social Networking
- Synergy
- Yellow Hammer
At each roundtable, experts will be available to answer your questions about the topic. You'll also be able to talk with other credit union professionals regarding their experiences and approaches. You can register for the scheduled roundtables or simply drop in, space permitting. Session presenters may also announce ad hoc roundtables at the end of their sessions.
If you plan to attend a Facilitated Networking Roundtable and have a question you'd like to make sure is addressed, click here to submit the question or issue in advance.
